LIFE CHANGES

We all know a few of them - those rare people who are happy and positive and make things happen. They have a loving family, great relationships, a supportive network and work they enjoy. They generate goodwill wherever they go and always seem to know the right thing to do – and then do it. They balance their lives without us ever seeing them frantically juggling, much less let it all drop in a mess on the floor. They are happy and successful, with diverse interests and a zest for life.
How on earth do they do it?
For most of us, sometimes life can be a bit of a struggle. People are difficult, things don’t go our way, there’s too much to deal with and we don’t know how to make it all alright again. What do they know that we don’t?
They know the Rules of Life...which is balancing family, relationship, work and health.
A simple set of principles that if followed, can create more abundance in your life. More things will begin to go your way & guidance you seek will appear to help you through those tricky times.

Being happy with our bodies is important, when we feel good about ourselves, life in general is different and so much better.
THE COMMITMENT
12 WEEK PROGRAM THAT YOU ARE COMMITING TO:
- 5 ½ to 6 hours a week in the gym -2 group classes (1 hour each), once with your trainer (45 minutes), 1 workout on your own or partner (1 hour each)
- Group classes are held from Monday through Saturday at different times so no excuses…if you miss one you can make another one later.
- Workout on your own or with partner will be with a program made especially for you by your trainer and very easy to follow.
- You will get a complete fitness assessment including (cardio, upper body, lower body, flexibility and core). We will weigh you, measure you and calculate your body fat percentage in order to give you the best training program possible made for you. The fitness assessment will be performed at the beginning and at the end of the challenge.
- Weekly training session with your trainer will be 15 minutes for weighing, handling your food journal and talk about concerns and then ½ hour training. Your program will be change every 3 weeks.
- Better nutrition monitored with food journal that you will have to submit once a week when you see your trainer. No exception!
- Minimum of 3 hours of cardio a week
- either at the gym on the cardio equipment or at home (if you have cardio equipment) or outside jogging.
Now this is your commitment to yourself and to us as well.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:
- We will give you the tools to help you lose weight and keep it off.
- We will train you and give you the knowledge to get fit and eat healthy.
- We will be available to you if you have any questions either by e-mail or in person at the gym.
THE RULES
YOU MUST MAKE ALL THE WORKOUTS AND STOP MAKING EXCUSES!
We all have done it, come up with what we think are valid and reasonable excuses not to put health and fitness a priority in our lives. That stops today. Short of serious illness or family emergency, all others are no longer valid. Instead of falling short of the expectations of this program you will commit to modifying - never eliminating any parts. So all of those excuses like: it’s too early, it’s too late, I'm too old, I'm too fat, I love food too much, I work too much, I sleep too much, I drink too much, my body hurts too much, I have other commitments or any other ridiculous excuses for you not being able to achieve success are now ELIMINATED! If due to sickness, illness, injury, work, family you need to miss a workout, you must do a make-up.
YOU MUST DOCUMENT YOUR FOOD DIARY EVERY DAY!
There is 168 hours in every week and we are responsible for 6 hours a week and you are responsible for the other 162, if you are not losing the weight, we need to look at what you are doing when you leave the gym. We know the training is effective and will obtain the results but not if you are sabotaging the whole process when you leave. You need to be 100% honest and HELP US - HELP YOU! This part is not negotiable and must be followed. Your trainer will be checking your journals each and every week.
YOU MUST BE COMMITED!
This program is guaranteed to give you the weight loss you need, but you need to be ready. You need to have time set aside in your lifestyle, you need to have some support from friends and family, you must have financial means to buy healthy food, you must be able to commit and stick to your commitments and you are joining a team that depends on you as much as you depend on them for motivation, support and dedication. You will be part of a team that shares a journey together that will change your life and theirs and losing you off the team is not an option. Your trainer will expect 100% from you each and every time, to the best of your ability and level of fitness. Nothing unrealistic is ever expected.
