Carolyn Armstrong - 4th Week Update

Another 2 weeks down and Carolyn is still excelling. Her work load and intensity have both been increased. Shorter rest times and supersets have been added to keep an elevated heart rate while heavy compound lifts have been put in place to accelerate total body strength gains. Carolyn's training will continue with this method for approximately 2 more weeks before being completely overhauled. Carolyn's body seems to be very receptive to my training methods as she is continually progressing.

Carolyn has shown amazing persistence and determination through this challenge. Even on days where she is beat tired from her every day life she still manages to come in and give it 110%.
