Allan Buchannon - 4th Week Update

Allan continues to do well with his training, now in his 6th week. His strength has improved in all areas, and his core stability and cardio endurance are progressing as well. As of last week, Allan's program has switched up again to provide more in depth focus on specific muscle groups, keeping in mind 'back' is a target area for Allen.

Megan has Allan on a four day split program consisting of Back, Chest/Shoulders/Calf, Bicep/Tricep, and Legs, each day containing some core training as well. Allan is in the gym 6 days/week in total, on top of playing recreational sports 4x/week outside of the gym.

Megan hopes to challenge Allan's cardio ability over the next 3-4 weeks, with various methods of functional training, indoors and out.
