Catherine Whitten - 4th Week Update

Yeah Cathy! Congratulations to you on your way to a successful transformation.

Cathy has gained inches of muscles mass to her body through effective training and nutrition, hard- work and commitment. As expected, Cathy has seen an increase in weight due to increasing lean muscle tissue, which weighs 3 times more than adipose tissue. She has prepared her body well to accept new demands and will see more increases in muscle size over the next few weeks.

For training, Cathy will be in the weight room five days per week utilizing a set program of varying weights and reps. Adding in moderate amounts of cardio conditioning will allow Cathy to see a decrease in weight while maintaining and improving her new muscular shape.

Cathy is so excited and committed to her new ways of training that she is considering taking her conditioning to a new level and competing in a figure competition!!

Cathy, I am so proud of you and hope that you know how great you are doing! Again, congratulations!
