Allan Buchannon - Final Update

After three months of hard training, Allen has done more than just meet his original weight loss goal. During this last month, Allen's schedule became hectic, working a new job with long hours. Still, he managed to juggle work, baseball, and coming to the gym at least 5-6x/ week. His motivation never ceased.

I decided to really test Allen the last couple of weeks by further increasing his intensity on both cardio and weights. His program also included sprint intervals and weighted plyometrics to shock his body. During this time, Allen proved that he would give 100% during any activity that was asked of him (and his recovery time is amazing!).

Allen has finished this challenge with many benefits. Physically, he has greatly improved his overall strength, muscular definition, core stability, cardiovascular endurance, and he lost those unwanted pounds he could not shed prior the event. Inspired by the change, Allen has now set new goals for himself, knowing that he has accomplished a great deal in these last 3 months; he will continue to work hard to reach his new goals, I'm sure.

Well done Allen, you did a tremendous job. Your hard work definitely paid off and I hope you continue to do well in the future. Hopefully the determination you showed will encourage others to get started on reaching their own health and fitness goals.
