I learned to have more patience, self discipline, and to work hard. At the end of the 12 weeks, I lost 50lbs and feel great. My health is stronger and more positive than ever before. My goal is 60lbs, I started at 248lbs.

But YOU must be focused and be willing to get in the trenches and dig hard and deep, even when it hurts…no matter what. When you control your own destiny, failure is not an option. quote   I am 39 years old, 6'1" tall and have inherited high cholesterol and high blood pressure. In January I learned about crosstrainingfit at CV Fitness and joined for 3 months with my wife. At that time I weighed 215 pounds and was the most out of shape I have been in my life. I had never worked out in a gym and was intimidated by them. After the first 3 months of going to crosstrainingfit classes 3 times a week for 45 minutes each and with minor nutritional guidance I lowered my weight to 185 pounds. Now in August I am still 185 pounds and both my wife and I are now in the best shape of our lives. My total cholesterol and blood pressure which both were borderline requiring medication to lower (Total cholesterol was 7.0 - blood pressure was 140/ 90) are now in an optimal low risk range. (Total Cholesterol 3.96. – blood pressure 120/80)

The classes are great with a variety of size, shape, sex and age of people. Anybody can do these classes and could easily get the same results I did.
